We’ve got a new group starting here at BYCC called The Forget Me Not Singers.
It’s for people living with dementia and their carers, run by Jane Silver-Corren in a relaxed and friendly setting. Singing has been shown to help with wellbeing, confidence, and memory, but most of all it’s about having fun together. There’s no diagnosis needed – everyone’s welcome.

Sessions include refreshments and run on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 11am to 12.30pm, and the 2nd and 4th Thursdays from 2.30pm to 4pm.
